Conveyancing.legal: website and enquiry handling

Our website hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request logs and access-related cookies to deliver, secure and manage the website.

This website does not collect enquiries through an online form. The email buttons open your email application and address your message to the selected firm: toni@bayconvey.com.au for Bay City Conveyancing, or nick@baycitylegal.com.au for Bay City Legal Property Law. No message is sent unless you send it from your email application. Your email is handled through your email provider and the receiving firm’s email systems, not through a separate website form service.

The firm you contact collects the information you choose to provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss its services. Providing information is voluntary, but without sufficient details we may be unable to respond. We will seek your agreement before referring your enquiry to the other firm. You can also telephone 03 5221 9805. Please do not include tax file numbers, identity documents, banking details or confidential material in an initial enquiry. For urgent deadlines, please telephone. An enquiry does not engage either firm until the relevant firm confirms acceptance of your matter.

Information handled by our hosting and infrastructure providers may be processed overseas, including in the United States. Email handling is subject to the arrangements of your provider and the receiving firm. We take the reasonable steps required by applicable privacy law in relation to overseas disclosures.
